You can cancel a hosting service if you’re the account owner. Before you proceed with the cancellation request make sure that you have checked our terms of service and refund policies.
1) Log in to your Client Area and go to the Services section where you can locate your active hosting service.
2) Click on the Manage button
3) Once you open your active Service, click on the Request Cancellation button on the left side
4) In the cancellation request form, you will be asked to describe the reason for cancellation and to choose the cancellation type:
- Immediate: your hosting service will be canceled when the daily system cron will run ( 12:00 AM EST)
- End of Billing Period: your account will remain active till the end of the current payment period.
Note: When your cancellation request is processed, your account will be terminated and we do not have access to your old files to restore them or provide you a copy of your current backup.
