How to install WordPress with 1-Click

When you purchase Managed WordPress Hosting, you will have pre-installed and pre-configured WordPress. If you delete your pre-installed WordPress, or if you need a new WordPress installation, in this tutorial we will going through the steps on how to install WordPress through your WordPress control panel on a Managed WordPress Hosting.

Note: All of the settings in this tutorial are available only with Managed WordPress Hosting.

1) Login to your client area

2) Navigate to your services

3) Click on your active services

4) Click on the button “WordPress Control Panel

5) Click on the button “New Installation” icon

1 click WordPress install

Product/Service: Choose your purchased hosting plan from the dropdown (if you have multiple)

Protocol: Choose if you want to use https:// or https://www on your website. Ex: https://domain.com or https://www.domain.com

Plugin Packages: We have pre-configured essential plugins, you can choose this option to install those plugins (Jetpack, LiteSpeed Cache, Yoast SEO, and EWWW Image Optimizer) or leave it blank

Password: Use your own password or click on “Generate” button and use a random password. (Strong and random generated password is highly recommended)

Site name: Choose your website name

Administrator username: Highly recommended to use any strong username. “admin” username just comes by default, so you can change it.

Administrator email: This will be your default WordPress installation email where you will be receiving all email notifications. We do not recommend to use custom business email here @yourbusiness.com because sometimes those emails might be down and you can miss important notifications.

6) Section “Other

Here you can set website description, set different WordPress installation directory, enable multisite, set auto updates on WordPress core, themes and plugins.

Once you’ve done all the steps above, you can click “Create” and you have your new WordPress installation ready.
